    There are many recipes for a bean stew, but so far I haven't seen any with cabanossi. Therefore I have this combination as a recipe here:

    ingredients

    • 300g Cabanossi in half slices

    • 1 large onion diced

    • 100g celery roughly chopped

    • 250g carrots diced

    • 1 leek sliced

    • 500g potatoes diced

    • 500g fresh green beans, halved

    • 2 tbsp beef broth (powder)

    • 2 liters of water

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • some fresh parsley

    • salt and pepper

    preparation

    • Put everything together in a saucepan, stir and bring to it to boil. Cook on medium-high for about 30 to 45 minutes. And finally season the soup with salt and pepper. If you want – you can also serve the stew with some fresh parsley.

    TIP

    • If you prefer a soup instead of a stew, you should rather add more water and broth.
