You are in the mood for a simple, fast and above all delicious food? How about a goulash pot? Goulash is always possible, or not? Here you will find my delicious goulash recipe that you can make super easy and quick with a pressure cooker. If you don't have a pressure cooker, you also go with a normal pot, but here you need a lot more patience.

    Ingredients:

    • For the beef goulash you need:
    • 500 g

      beef goulash

    • 2

      onions – diced

    • 1

      red peppers – diced

    • 500 ml

      Beef broth

    • 4 tbsp

      cold water

    • 1 tbsp

      Tomato pulp

    • 1 tbsp

      Oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)

    • 1 tbsp

      Paprika powder

    • 2 tbsp

      flour

    • Salt and Pepper

    Preparation:

    • Put the edible oil, onions and meat in a saucepan and approx. Fry for 5 minutes of golden brown.

Then add the peppers, the paprika powder, a little salt and a breeze of pepper and the tomato paste and fry everything together for another 5 minutes.

Then add the beef broth to the pot and stir well. Now we put the flour in a small bowl and add the cold water – we need it to thick the sauce. For this we mix the flour and water very well with a fork, so that there are also small lumps.

Afterwards, we place the flour water in the pot while stirring constantly and boil everything once for about 3 minutes.

      With the pressure cooker:

Of course, if you have a pressure cooker, you can cook the goulash in it a little faster. To do this, you close the pressure cooker with the lid and put the stove on the middle stage.

Once the pressure or the whistling noise is heard, you switch the stove to a low level (for example level 2) and leave the pot for approx. Stand or cook for 30 minutes.

Finally, however, carefully evaporate the pot and only open when the pressure is no longer present.

      With a normal cooking pot:

Of course, you can also prepare the goulash in any simple pot. For this you simmer on the stove at a low level for at least 2 hours.

Whether by pressure cooker or normal pot:

As soon as the meat is soft – the goulash is already ready. We will be happy to try and season with salt and pepper as required.

And already it is ready a tasty goulash pot.

I wish you a lot of fun with my recipe while imming and hope you taste the goulash pot.

    Tip:

    • This goulash recipe is perfect for spaetzle, pasta, rice, mashed potatoes and more. In principle, almost everything.
