    Did you know that detox smoothies are not so popular in the classic sense because of an “detoxification effect”, but because they supply the body with vitamins, antioxidants and fibres? Sounds good and that's why there is my first smoothie recipe!

    Ingredients:

    • For green detox smoothie you need:
    • ½ g

      Cucumber (approx. 100 g)

    • ½

      green apple (approx. 75 g)

    • 1

      Handful of spinach (approx. 30 g)

    • 1 tsp

      Ginger – grated & peeled

    • 1 tsp

      Lemon juice

    • 150 ml

      Water

    Preparation:

      1. Wash and cut all the ingredients.
      2. Put in a mixer and puree creamy.
      3. Fill in a glass, enjoy & feel the detox boost!

    Tip:

    • Instead of water, you can also use unsweetened almond or coconut milk!
