kcalSalmon is one of my favorite fish. It is quite high in fat and yet very healthy. It is best to rely on organic salmon, as this is usually bred in various aquacultures, but is not fed with chemical feed.
Ingredients:

Salmon fillets
- 1
onion – diced
- 3
bell peppers (red, yellow, green) – diced
- 1
carrot – diced
- 2 tbsp
butter
- 1 tsp
stock powder
salt, pepper
Preparation:
In a small pan, sauté the diced onion, bell pepper and carrot with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Season the vegetables with stock powder, salt and pepper and fry until the onions are soft but the vegetables are still a bit crisp.
Meanwhile, sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper and sauté with the remaining butter.
Tip:
- In my picture I served this combination with a herb rice. In addition to rice, delicious fried potatoes or simple boiled boiled potatoes are also suitable.
