kcalHere I came up with something new. I'm really still excited about the combo and honestly didn't think it could taste so good. The recipe you can find here:
Ingredients:
- 4
chicken thighs
- 150 ml
white or rosé wine
- 350 ml
water
- 400 g
tomatoes – pieces
- 6
tomatoes – halved
- 2
spring onions – large pieces
- 4
onions – quartered
- 1
red bell pepper – diced
- 50 g
Rucula
- 1 tbsp
stock powder
- 1 tbsp
dried parsley
- 1 tbsp
dried marjoram
- 1 tsp
salt
- 1 tsp
paprika powder
- 1 tsp
pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven or a hot air fryer like my NinjaGrill to 240 degrees grill function.
Grill the spring onions, onions, peppers and tomatoes in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Then pour the vegetables with wine and water. Add tomato pieces, rocket and spices.
Add the chicken thighs and brush with the sauce. Then bake the whole thing at 180 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes with convection.
In between, baste the chickens with juice from time to time.
Finally, you turn on the power function of the oven again. Another 15 minutes at 240 degrees grill function. Thus, the skin is still quite crispy.
And the delicious thighs are done with an incredibly good sauce.
Tip:
- The sauce tastes very intense. If you don't want that, you can use vegetable broth instead of water and wine.
