kcalI usually make the shashlik skewers myself, but there wasn't enough time for that today... But this time the recipe is in a new way 🙂 what do you think of it? Feel free to cook the recipe and comment on my post on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 4
Shashlik skewers from the butcher
- 1000 g
passing tomatoes
- 300 ml
water
- 2
onions – diced
- 1
bell pepper – diced
- 1 tbsp
Rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp
honey
- 1 tbsp
garlic powder
- 1 tbsp
cumin
- 2 tbsp
paprika powder
- 3 tbsp
curry
- 2 tbsp
stock powder
- 1 tsp
pepper
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the skewers in it.
Place the skewers in a casserole dish and set aside. Then fry the peppers and onions in the same pan.
Add honey, garlic, cumin, paprika, curry powder, stock powder and pepper to the pan and stir well.
Add the tomato passata and the water, bring to the boil and let stand for about 5 minutes.
Then pour the sauce into the casserole dish and roast the casserole dish in the oven at 100 degrees top and bottom heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
During the time turn the meat from time to time and the delicious skewers are ready.
Tip:
- If you have enough time, you can easily make the kebab skewers yourself.
