Rice stir-fry with beef and vegetables
Recipe: Delicious stir fry with rice, beef and some veggies

kcalEverywhere you see the combination "rice with chicken" and at some point I had the idea of combining rice with beef in a kind of mixed pan ala Melissa. The recipe you can find here:
Ingredients:
- 200 g
beef (rump, fillet) – cut into thin strips
- 1 cup
rice
- 1
onien – diced
- 1
bell pepper – diced
- 1
carrot – strips
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp
butter
- 1 tbsp
stock powder
- 1 tsp
turmeric
- 1 tsp
dried marjoram
- 1 tsp
dried chives
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Put the butter in the pan and let them melt there. Afterward put the onions to the pan and let them fry in the butter until they´re golden brown – best at medium temperature.
Wash the rice separately with water. And add the rice to the onions in the pan with the water, which I described in my ingredients. Simmer it all together for about 10 minutes - until the rice is almost done.
Add the carrots and peppers to the pan and season it with any spices (stock powder, turmeric, dried marjoram, chives, salt, pepper) and stir well it for approx. 5 minutes.
Finally, stir in the beef and cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Until the meat is pleasantly done.
And now my delicious rice pan with tasty vegetable is almost ready.
Tip:
- If you like it spicier, you can mix a dash of Maggi or soy sauce into the rice. Tastes delicious.
