Classic lasagna in the oven
Recipe: delicious no-frills lasagna

- 500 g
minced meat (beef & pork)
- 500 g tomato passata
lasagna sheets
- 250 ml
béchamel sauce
- 1
onion – diced
- 2 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 1 tbsp
olive oil
- 1 tbsp
stock powder
- 1/2 tsp
salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp
dried parsley
- 1 tsp
dried marjoram
- 1 tsp
Italien herbs
Mozarella for sprinkling
Preparation:
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions including the garlic until lightly brown.
Put the ground beef in the pan and mix with the herbs and spices and the stock powder. Stir well and fry for another five minutes.
Then add the tomato passata and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes at a low level.
Meanwhile, boil the lasagne sheets in a pot of water for about four minutes.
Meanwhile you can start filling the casserole dish - I always start with a little béchamel sauce, a layer of pasta, minced meat sauce, béchamel sauce, ...
Finally, sprinkle everything with mozzarella and place the casserole dish in the oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
As soon as the cheese is nicely browned, in about 30 to 45 minutes, the lasagna is ready.
Tip:
- You can also try this variant with a chicken breast instead of minced meat.
