    Ham Noodles - Noodles with ham, but without any cream! Well, that's what I call a delicious alternative with fewer calories.

    Ingredients:

    • 500 g

      pasta

    • 2

      onions – diced

    • 200 g

      ham – diced

    • 2 tbsp

      oil

    • 1 tbsp

      parsley

    • 1 tbsp

      marjoram

    • 1 tsp

      stock powder

    • 1 tsp

      soy sauce

    • salt, pepper

    Preparation:

    • Cook the noodles in salted water according to the instructions.

    • Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onions for about 5 minutes.

    • Add the ham and sauté gently for another 5 minutes.

    • Once the noodles are done, you can add the noodles and the remaining spices to the pan.

    • Stir everything, taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary and my alternative without cream is ready.

    Tip:

    • The noodles also taste super delicious with some grated cheese - you're welcome to try it.
