kcalHam Noodles - Noodles with ham, but without any cream! Well, that's what I call a delicious alternative with fewer calories.
Ingredients:
- 500 g
pasta
- 2
onions – diced
- 200 g
ham – diced
- 2 tbsp
oil
- 1 tbsp
parsley
- 1 tbsp
marjoram
- 1 tsp
stock powder
- 1 tsp
soy sauce
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cook the noodles in salted water according to the instructions.
Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onions for about 5 minutes.
Add the ham and sauté gently for another 5 minutes.
Once the noodles are done, you can add the noodles and the remaining spices to the pan.
Stir everything, taste and season with salt and pepper if necessary and my alternative without cream is ready.
Tip:
- The noodles also taste super delicious with some grated cheese - you're welcome to try it.
