Ingredients:
- 500 g
tagliatelle, pasta
- 200 g
smoked salmon – cut into large pieces
- 500 g
cream
- 1 tbsp
parsley
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp
oregano
- 1/2 tsp
marjoram
- 1/2 tsp
chilli
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté lightly with the smoked salmon – about 2 minutes.
Then add the cream to the pan and add all the spices to taste.
Bring the cream to the boil and let the whole thing simmer for about 5 - 8 minutes over medium heat. As long as the noodles are ready and the delicious dish is ready.
Tip:
- If you simply want to do without the spiciness, you can omit the chilli.
