    Tagliatelle with creamy cream sauce and smoked salmon. You can find the recipe here:

    Ingredients

    • 500g tagliatelle, pasta

    • 1 pack of smoked salmon (approx. 200g) cut into large pieces

    • 500g cream

    • 1 tbsp parsley

    • 1/2 tsp oregano

    • 1/2 tsp marjoram

    • 1/2 tsp chilli

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • salt, pepper

    preparation

    • Cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions.

    • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté lightly with the smoked salmon – about 2 minutes.

    • Then add the cream to the pan and add all the spices to taste.

    • Bring the cream to the boil and let the whole thing simmer for about 5 - 8 minutes over medium heat. As long as the noodles are ready and the delicious dish is ready.

    TIPP

    • If you simply want to do without the spiciness, you can omit the chilli.
