Bean stew with cabanossi

kcalThere are many recipes for a bean stew, but so far I haven't seen any with cabanossi. Therefore I have this combination as a recipe here:
ingredients
300g Cabanossi in half slices
1 large onion diced
100g celery roughly chopped
250g carrots diced
1 leek sliced
500g potatoes diced
500g fresh green beans, halved
2 tbsp beef broth (powder)
2 liters of water
1 tbsp oil
some fresh parsley
salt and pepper
preparation
Put everything together in a saucepan, stir and bring to it to boil. Cook on medium-high for about 30 to 45 minutes. And finally season the soup with salt and pepper. If you want – you can also serve the stew with some fresh parsley.

TIP
- If you prefer a soup instead of a stew, you should rather add more water and broth.
