    This dish is suitable for vegetarians and can be combined with rice or fried noodles in Asian style. It tastes delicious and the vegetables are crisp.

    ingredients

    • 2 green peppers diced

    • 2 red peppers diced

    • 1 leek sliced

    • 400g fresh mushrooms sliced

    • 2 carrots sliced

    • 2 tbsp oil

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

    • salt, pepper

    preparation

    • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the leeks on medium-high for about 5 minutes.

    • Then add the mushrooms, peppers and carrots and sauté for another 5 minutes.

    • Finally add the soy sauce, salt and pepper the whole thing to taste, fry for another 5 minutes and the mega quick vegetable pan is ready.

    TIP

    • You can also use a dash of Maggi seasoning instead of soy sauce. It also tastes incredibly delicious.
