kcalThis dish is suitable for vegetarians and can be combined with rice or fried noodles in Asian style. It tastes delicious and the vegetables are crisp.
Ingredients:
- 2
green peppers – diced
- 2
red peppers – diced
- 1
leek – sliced
- 400 g
mushrooms – sliced
- 2
carrots – sliced
- 2 tbsp
oil
- 2 tbsp
soy sauce
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the leeks on medium-high for about 5 minutes.
Then add the mushrooms, peppers and carrots and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Finally add the soy sauce, salt and pepper the whole thing to taste, fry for another 5 minutes and the mega quick vegetable pan is ready.
Tip:
- You can also use a dash of Maggi seasoning instead of soy sauce. It also tastes incredibly delicious.
