Fried rice with vegetables

kcalThe dish is definitely a classic from the Asian restaurant around the corner. I think it's absolutely delicious and I often cook it when there's some rice left over from the day before.
ingredients
4 bowls of cooked rice
2 carrots in strips
2 peppers in strips
1 leek sliced
4 eggs
75ml oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
preparation
Heat the oil in a pan or wok and fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes.
Then crack in the eggs and stir.
Mix in the cooked rice - whether warm or cold - and sauté well for about 5 to 7 minutes.
Finally, stir in the sugar and soy sauce and leave to stand for 2 minutes and the delicious dish is ready.
TIP
- The sugar can also be left out, but it is used very often in Asian cuisines. I find the difference extreme.
