I have already posted a recipe for my ham and onion noodles. However, this one is different. The difference is in the ham. Instead of pork, turkey ham is used here and there is garlic. Garlic is known to stimulate blood circulation. You can find my recipe here: ingredients

    ingredients

    • 300g pasta

    • 2 onions diced

    • 200g turkey ham, diced

    • 2 cloves of garlic chopped

    • 1 tsp stock powder

    • 40g low-fat margarine

    • 1 tbsp Italen herbs

    • salt, pepper

    preparation

    • Cook the noodles in salted water according to the instructions.

    • Heat the margarine in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.

    • Then add the garlic and ham to the onions and continue frying for about 5 minutes.

    • Once the noodles are done, add the noodles to the pan and stir.

    • Season with stock powder, herbs, salt and pepper and serve delicious.

    TIP

    • You can also use oil instead of margarine
