Ingredients:
- 600 g
pork loin
- 400 g
cream
- 300 g
penne pasta
- 3 tbsp
soy sauce
- 1 tbsp
oil
- 1 tbsp
ornstarch or sauce thickener
salt, pepper
chives for garnish
Preparation:
Cook the penne in salted water according to the instructions.
Cut the loin into slices about 3 cm thick, season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the sirloin pieces in it.
Pour the cream over the pan, add the soy sauce and bring to the boil.
While it is boiling, you can mix 2 tablespoons of cold water with the cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Simply mix the cornstarch into the pan and cook over medium-high heat for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Once the pasta is al dente, the loins should be done. To serve you can garnish your plate with some chives. This not only looks great, but is also the icing on the cake for the delicious dish.
Tip:
- In addition to chives, parsley or some chili have also proven useful.
