    The cucumber salad - we love it! We often serve it with vinegar and oil with roasts, schnitzel or fish dishes.

    Ingredients:

    • 1

      cucumber

    • 5 tbsp

      oil

    • 1 tbsp

      vinegar

    • 5 tbsp

      water

    • 1 pack

      of dill herb

    • salt, pepper as desired

    Preparation:

    • Wash, peel and slice the cucumber.

      I always like to use my Nicer Dicer* (*Warning, advertising) to snip my cucumbers. It's super easy with it and I feel faster. The great thing about the Nicer Dicer is that I can adjust the thickness of the cucumber slices and I always like them quite thin.

      Be that as it may, season the cucumber slices with all the information above, stir and the classic salad with vinegar and oil is ready.

      Herb salt or regular salt and pepper can be added as desired.

    Tip:

    • If you like it a little sweeter, you can add 1 teaspoon of sugar or a dash of sweetener.
    • This combination also works quite well with cream instead of water.
