caloriesIngredients:
- 4
beef steaks
- 500 g
pasta
- 250 g
cream
- 200 ml
beef broth
- 1
onion - diced
- 1
red bell pepper – diced
some fresh parsley – chopped
- 1 tsp
paprika powder
- 1 tbsp
tomato paste
- 1 tbsp
oil for the steaks
- 1 tbsp
oil for the vegetables
salt, pepper as desired
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the peppers and continue to sauté lightly.
Then put all the spices in the pan and pour the whole thing with the cream and broth and bring to the boil. Then let the sauce simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes at a low level.
While the sauce is still simmering, heat the remaining oil in a new pan. Then fry the steaks in it until the desired cooking level is reached and the delicious 20-minute dish is ready.
Tip:
- I'm a "medium steak fan". I fry the meat for about 3 minutes per side. The steak is about 2 cm thick. I hope you succeed 😉
