Ingredients:
- 1 lb
spiral pasta
- 1 lb
ground beef (beef or mixed)
- 3/4 cup
heavy cream (lactose-free optional)
- 1/2
leek – sliced
- 2 tsp
bouillon powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (or dried parsley)
Freshly grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water.
- Heat oil in a large pan, add leeks and ground beef, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with bouillon powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drain the pasta when al dente and mix it into the pan.
- Pour in heavy cream and let everything simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan to taste and mix well.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve.
Tip:
- You can substitute heavy cream with melted cream cheese and a bit of water.
