kcalThis dish is a dream especially for the cold season. We always like to eat it and you can combine it deliciously with vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 500 g
beef goulash or beef breast – diced
- 500 g
potatoes – diced
- 2
onions – diced
- 100 g
celery – diced
- 2
carrots – sliced
- 1
leek – sliced
2 peppers – diced
- 200 g
mushrooms – sliced
- 2 litres
water
- 2 tbsp
oil
- 2 tbsp
tomato paste
- 1 tbsp
sweet paprika
- 2 tbsp
vegetable broth powder
- 2 tbsp
parsley
- 1 tbsp
marjoram
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Fry the minced meat with onions and leeks in a saucepan for about 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes, celery and carrots and season with tomato paste and gently sauté for another 5 minutes.
Then fill the pot with water and add the stock powder, paprika, parsley and marjoram.
Bring the pot to a boil and taste. Add a little salt/pepper if you like. Then let the pot simmer at a low temperature for about 20 minutes.
Finally add the peppers and mushrooms to the pot and leave to stand for another 10 minutes.
And the delicious minced meat stew is ready.
Tip:
- In my variant, the fresh peppers are a bit crunchy. If you prefer them very soft, you can simmer the peppers right from the start.
